Wildfire Info is an unofficial, community-based app that provides access to current wildfire and prescribed burn activity, Air Quality information, and hot-spot mapping for your area. It is updated every 20 minutes by default and can be tagged by state, name, and acreage.
A map of your current location and nearby hot-spots will appear, along with information about the active fire, its location, and any relevant warnings or notices. A list of nearby places that have been affected by wildfires will also appear, including links to the relevant official websites.
A section for recent wildfires and their location, status, and information will also appear. Information is posted as soon as it becomes available from the relevant government agencies.
A description of the current condition and any relevant warnings will appear in a description box. A link to the official alert website will also appear.
